I'm Erin, an experienced educator with a passion for inclusive and specialized education. Since 2003, I've dedicated my career to fostering the development and growth of students with diverse needs.

I earned both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Special Education from the University of Utah, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and practices of inclusive education. I spent 8 fulfilling years teaching within the Nebo School District, honing my skills and making a positive impact on the lives of my students. I also spent 5 years teaching while establishing Adventures in Preschool and Tutoring.

For 7 years, I served on the district UAAACT team, where our focus was on the language and communication development of students throughout Nebo School District. This invaluable experience deepened my understanding of effective strategies for enhancing communication skills, a critical aspect of education for individuals with diverse needs.

My expertise extends to a variety of special needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, emotional disturbance, other health impairments, multiple disabilities, learning disabilities, hearing and visual impairments. I bring a comprehensive background in motor, sensory, speech, and language development, allowing me to address the unique challenges and potentials of each student.

With a commitment to diversity and inclusion, I've worked with students ranging from the tender age of 2 and up, tailoring my teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each learner. My goal is to create a supportive and enriching learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their full potential.
